The updated Huntley Project School Calendar for the 2026–2027 school year is now available.

This is the latest update. We will send a new calendar to the community in late July. We are still waiting on a few MHSA items to be finalized and will update the calendar accordingly, but the school days are established.

Thank you for your patience as we continue to finalize the details for the upcoming school year.

β€οΈπŸ–€ Solid two days for Huntley Project Track & Field at the State Meet! πŸ–€β€οΈ

The Red Devils delivered some great performances over two daysβ€”bringing home an individual State Championship, multiple runner-up finishes, a new school record, and several podium finishes. The Huntley Project Track & Field athletes competed and worked through some tough weather.

The girls team is bringing home some state hardware they captured third place! The boys team took 20th.

πŸ† STATE CHAMPION – 400 Meter Dash: Avery Gerdes is the Class B Girls 400 Meter State Champion in 55.18 β€” the fastest girls 400 meter time in Montana this season across all classes!

πŸ₯ˆ STATE RUNNER-UP – 200 Meter Dash: Avery added another outstanding finish by earning 2nd place in the 200m with a time of 25.70!

πŸ₯ˆ STATE RUNNER-UP – Triple Jump: Avery also took 2nd place in the Triple Jump with a mark of 35-11.50!

πŸ₯ˆ STATE RUNNER-UP – Pole Vault: Morgan Joliff cleared 13’6” on his way to capturing 2nd in Class B!

πŸ₯‰ 3RD PLACE – 100 Meter Dash: Avery Gerdes earned 3rd place in the 100m with a time of 12.52.

πŸ₯‰ 3RD PLACE + A NEW SCHOOL RECORD – Girls 4x100 Relay: Izzie Sundstrom, Sage Reeder, Caidance Merecki, and Avery Gerdes took 3rd place in 48.87, setting a new Huntley Project school record.

πŸ₯‰ 3RD PLACE – Girls 4x400 Relay: Congratulations to the Huntley Project girls 4x400 relay team of Caidance Merecki, Mya Garvey, Izzie Sundstrom, and Avery Gerdes on a 3rd place finish at State with a time of 4:10.09.

πŸ‘ 5TH PLACE – High Jump: Aeryn Akins earned 5th place in the Class B Girls High Jump, clearing 5’0.

πŸ”₯ 6TH PLACE – 800 Meter Run: Mya Garvey ran a great race in the 800m, finishing 6th in 2:24.17.

Records broken. Medals earned. Memories made. There were many PR’s and we are proud of our athletes and coaches who represented Huntley Project with pride and grit this weekend.
