As law enforcement, we understand the challenges that can arise in our day-to-day duties. It’s important to know that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Whether you’re a first responder, family member, or community member, remember: you are not alone.

If you or someone you know is struggling, reach out. There are resources available, including local mental health services and support lines.

Together, we can help break the stigma surrounding mental health and encourage open conversations. Let’s continue to look out for one another, care for our mental well-being, and support those who need it.
