Veterans and members of the legion needed for Memorial Day parade. 25 May 26 form up on Randall rd at 1000 with parade starting at 1030.

Thanks to our Eagle eyed Commander Nick noticing a Safety issue with our Handicap Ramp before we had a bad accident he got to work. The heavy snow and heavy use of ice melt to keep it safe over the years took its toll. So with very Short Notice for help to do some Emergency repairs with upcoming functions that the ramp would be needed. The word went out and at least 20 Members some Professional Carpenters some that just wanted to Help showed up in the rain.American Legion,Sons of the Legion and Auxiliary all pitched in even a few people that just wanted to help Veterans . Along with Jamie Creason and National Lumber stepping up once again Under the Close Supervision of Legion Commander and the assistance of Sons Commander Phil MacNiel all the much needed Emergency work was accomplished. We have a little bit of cosmetic touches to go but it’s back to the Well built Ramp built almost 20 years ago by Jack Wood and Kenny Betts.

Wrentham post 225 will be closed Monday as we continue to clean up from the storm. We will be back open on Tuesday at 3pm.
