445th AW Command Chief Retired

I know I'm retired from the 445th, but once a Chief, always a Chief. I just wanted to share the background of the story about one of the 445th's young Airman. She tragically lost her 2 year old son late last year to a routine tonsillectomy and just yesterday her husband was killed in a motorcycle accident. To make it worse, she is pregnant. Could you all please share this and donate if you can? Thank you!

We are so saddened and heartbroken over the loss of our friend Shayn Elexendere. He and his wife Jessica have a daughter Chaya and recently experienced the loss of their 2 year old son Shepherd last year. Jessica is now pregnant with their 3rd child and deserves anything we can offer her. I know...

Prayers go out to Nichelle McNight, her 4 year old son, the McNight family and all my 445th Airmen tonight. You never think tragedy of this magnitude will involve one of your Airmen. Senseless violence and unimaginable loss. Rest in peace, Nichelle. May we find your son soon.
