Hello all you nice people. What a windy day we have here today. This is the first day of our Christmas celebration and if you come to visit, please dress warm. We had lots of company today and the children were running and playing in the
trees while the Mommy and Daddy were cutting a tree to be shaken and bagged before loading. One year we put one on the shaker and a field mouse came flying out. It was such a surprise we all just stood there laughing. That is the kind of fun we have here on the farm, Just wanted to check in so our friends know we are here and having fun on this blustery day. Must go and get lunch for the family. Come on down and see us , bring the dog on a leash, scarfs on the kids and take a walk around the farm. If you see something you like you can take it home. Did you know if you put a small amount of sugar in the water when you want to keep it looking fresh, we are told the trees stay green and no needles fall off. I will talk later! Semper Fi.

This is one beautiful Windy day here in North Hanover Township, New Jerseyand it was a fun morning for us because this is the day the Happy Trees get their red bows
and the beginning of the Happy Trees Christmas
Season. From today until the day after Thanksgiving we will be preparing for our opening . The trees are beautifully trimmed and when they leave the farm they will be shaken and bagged. {We put the trees on Mr, Shakey
dead leaves and sometimes even a mouse will be removed}. We will also help you prepare the bottom to fit your stands. Dates for customer sales will be posted on a separate post since we do not advertise in any newspapers or online We have regular customers and some have been coming for years. Keep an eye on our page here and on the Happenings in New Egypt page on Facebook. We hope maybe they will help us get the word out to their friends also,

I cant believe it is almost Winter. I guess because I am 97 time just passes on and one day is always same as the next. Today was a bit different because one of the Farm Gang was here getting the red ribbons out to repair or replace. Usually about November 1st the gang goes out and puts red ribbons on the trees to get us in the mood for the Holidays. I get the shivers just thinking about Christmas.
The day after Thanksgiving is Nov, 28 and they will open that day at 9:00 A.M. Unless they tell me otherwise they will also be open Nov 29 and Nov 30th and after that they will only be open December 6th and 7th and December 13th and 14th. PLEASE REMEMBER THE HOURS 9 AM to 4:00.PM
Rob and Lynn told us that the Christmas Tree Growers Association informed them that there will be a shortage of all varieties of Christmas Trees this year due to the storms they had during the time when they are getting ready to ship our new
baby trees. We hope to have 100 trees to sell this year. There has been too much bad weather during the months when we needed good weather.
Time to feed Guny, my Amazon isd yelling his head off. It is apple time before it gets dark.

Good Evening to you all. Looks like Mother Nature is going to send us some wind and rain. We really need the rain but the wind could be a problem for the people wno live in the beach towns. We should be ready to help in any way we can if this srorm decides to give us strong winds and high water.
