On Fox's SLEEPY HOLLOW, he gave the Headless Horseman a towering presence. But in real life, it was Jeremy Owens' legacy that was towering, as an ocean rescue captain, trainer and mixed martial arts master. Owens died unexpectedly this week, and the Wrightsville Beach Fire Department is now honoring their late friend and coworker.

#FullStory: Whatever you may think about "the media", let me tell you THIS is why I do what I do. Today was a very good day. I got to wish an INCREDIBLE woman a very happy 100th birthday and hear a tiny bit about her remarkable life. Ms. Reva is a WWII veteran. She volunteered for service as soon as women were allowed to, later became a drill sergeant and then found herself personally bringing Hitler's secretary from the Dachau camp to Berlin to face a court martial. What a woman.
