These officers were passing through the area while completing a 425-mile run from Worcester, Massachusetts to the National Law Enforcement Memorial in Washington D.C.

This run was in honor of fallen Officer Enmanuel “Manny” Familia, who died in the line of duty on June 4, 2021.
