Many of our seniors participated in the Downriver Senior Olympics hosted by Lincoln Park two weeks ago! We are pleased to announce that our Wyandotte Seniors took home 44 medals!

Next year, Wyandotte will be the host city. Follow the William R. Copeland Senior Recreation Center so you don't miss out on all the fun!

Need a ride?

Wyandotte Recreation and SMART provide weekday bus and van service from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM for Wyandotte Seniors (60+) and people with disabilities.

24 hour notice is required, with the cost being $1.50 each way. Specialty trips cost $5.00 per trip and need a 7 day notice.

Wayne County Senior Fun Fest will be held Saturday, July 18th from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM at Elizabeth Park in Trenton.

🪵The Wyandotte Woodcarvers meet at The Copeland Center Thursday Evenings from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. You must be 14 years of age or older.

For just $10.00 a year, you can:
· Learn about the craft of Woodcarving, including the
do's & don'ts
· Grasp knowledge about Knives & Gouges
· Understand Various Types of Wood
· Get the supplies you need to succeed
