Hannah's Care Packages To bring hope and encouragement to the parents of children with life-altering conditions by bringing them packages of toiletries needed during their stay.

Hannah was broken and she needed a miracle. Have you ever been brought to a place where you were so overwhelmed with helplessness? Especially when your feelings are brought on by seeing your child overcome by a sickness that seems to be attacking him or her in every way? Have you been brought to your knees, crying and

pouring your heart out to God, praying for a miracle? This is what it looks like for many mothers who have children with life threatening illnesses. Often, they are the ones who stay in the hospital with their children for what could be days, weeks, and even months. As these mothers pack everything needed for their child, during these hospital stays, checking and rechecking their lists, they often forget to pack simple necessities for themselves. This is where Hannah's Care Package can help! As Hannah poured her heart out before the Lord, He encouraged her, strengthened her, and answered her prayer! This is the heart behind Hannah's Care Package, not just to supply a mother with a package of necessities and goodies, but to help encourage her and strengthen her while she is at the hospital for her child's treatment.

A little note from Hannah’s Care Packages …🌲

I'd like to extend a huge thank you to Kevin and Valerie Mitchell, whose unwavering support for Hannah's Care Packages has been a beacon of hope over the years. Their recent grant application resulted in a remarkable donation of 200 bottles of shampoo and conditioner, which they graciously delivered to my doorstep!
We at Hannah's Care Packages deeply appreciate your kindness and generosity, which inspire us to continue our mission. You truly make a difference in the lives of families with children in the hospital.

I'd also like to give a heartfelt shout-out to our friends at local PetSmart, who have consistently donated hundreds of adorable stuffed animals for our care packages.

Their kindness has enabled us to share joy with our church, Woodhaven Free Will Baptist Church, as they distribute gifts to over 150 families in need during their holiday outreach program.

We've also had the privilege of sharing with the wonderful staff at Madison Special Needs School in Wyandotte, spreading happiness to the children.
Furthermore, we've shared with another nonprofit, allowing them to use our stuffed animals
to support their fundraising efforts.

A special thank you to PetSmart's manager, Cory, and his team for their exceptional kindness and support. As we conclude this season of giving, we're gearing up to assemble care packages for the Ronald McDonald houses in Detroit and Ann Arbor.
We're grateful for the generosity of individuals who have donated blankets, supplies, funds, and gift cards, enabling us to continue our mission. Your contributions are invaluable, and we're honored to serve as a conduit for your kindness.

May we always be reminded to be the hands and feet of our Lord, offering love and hope to families in need.
