Things to remember :

•Book the appointment for your STUDENT, not the parent
• Boys: PLAIN white T-shirt -no graphics (formal attire will be provided)
• Girls: Dark tank top or spaghetti strap top - straps will need to be able to pull to the edge of the shoulders - (formal drape and pearl necklace provided)
• $10 cash retouching fee (required for all senior yearbook portraits)
•A QR Code form will be provided at the shoot - it is necessary that your student get this form home to you or take a picture of it in order to allow you to view the proofs. Due to security reasons, we are unable to provide them to anyone who does not have the form, so ensure students do not lose them

Seniors and parents of seniors we have some exciting news!

Please hold off on submitting college applications for now! The new AR ACCESS Portal is expected to open in October 2026 and may help simplify the application process while saving students/families money in application costs!

Through AR ACCESS, students will be able to:

• Complete one application for multiple participating Arkansas colleges
• Receive application fee waivers for up to five state-approved applications
• Explore colleges and manage documents in one convenient location
• Have transcripts processed automatically
• Apply directly for faster admission processing and notifications
• Protect personal information through multi-factor authentication

Students may be able to register and begin setting up their accounts in September before applications open in October. In the meantime, continue monitoring individual college deadlines - especially those related to scholarships and housing.
The AR ACCESS Resources Toolkit includes user guides, tutorials, videos, and other helpful materials for students and families. We will share additional information as it becomes available!

Please join us tomorrow morning as we enjoy breakfast and watch the sun rise on your senior year! 🌄

Please arrive at 6 AM at the WHS Football Field and park in the east lot. Breakfast will be provided by Tacker's Shake Shack and Cross Bank!

We will also have food trucks available, including The Cowboy Cooler and Planet Smoothie. Be sure to grab a refreshment before or after meeting your teachers!
