The Delta Young Professionals (DYP) Program is a priority initiative set forth in the Crossroads Coalition regional economic development partnership Strategic Blueprint (May 2009). The DYP will be a self-sustaining, member-based professional development & service program for emerging leaders in the East Arkansas Delta. In addition to professional development and networking, the primary service mis

sion of the DYP will be to establish an ongoing mentoring program to model personal and civic responsibility, encourage positive life choices, and cultivate career/life readiness among students in grades 6-12 in the Crossroads Coalition region.
