Welcome Noah Harvey! 🐾

"My name is Mr. Harvey. I will be teaching 8th grade U.S. History at Wyoming Junior High School. I graduated from Michigan State University (Go Green) and completed my Masters in Teaching at Calvin University. I am originally from the suburbs of Detroit, so I am a huge Detroit Tigers and Pistons fan. In addition, I love movies and can quote most of the Harry Potter series. I student-taught in 7th grade at the Junior High last year, so I am excited to see familiar faces and look forward to meeting new ones. I am thrilled to be joining such a warm and caring community, and I am excited for a great year ahead!"

🎶 Welcome, Wyoming Junior High Band Members! 🎶

The Wyoming Band Program is excited to welcome 101 new 7th-grade students to the Junior High band program this year! 🎉

Research shows that learning to play an instrument can provide numerous academic, social, and personal benefits and each year, more Wyoming students are discovering the joy and positive experience of being part of a band.

🎺🥁 New Band Learners & Families:
Our band directors will host an informational meeting tonight, Tuesday, September 1, at 7:00 p.m. We look forward to welcoming our newest musicians and their families!

Transportation is NOT provided home from Gaming Club. Students are required to be able to walk home or to be picked up by a parent or guardian at 4:00pm.

Please note: WJH Open House & Curriculum Night will be from 5:30-7:00pm that evening (9/1/26) and additional Gaming Club information will be provided for parents then.
