August is Child Support Awareness Month and today is Wear Green Day, a day to focus attention on the topic of Child Support. Employees of all Greene County JFS divisions (including Child Support Enforcement Agency) wore green today. CSEA served over 9,000 children and collected nearly $24 million last year. The agency works closely with the Greene County Prosecuting Attorney, Juvenile Court, Domestic Relations Court, and the Clerk of Courts to meet the requirements of the child support program. Greene County has the most cost-effective child support agency in Ohio, collecting $13.54 for every dollar expended. Many Greene County children who are involved with our agency do not have everything they need to start the school year off right. If you would like to help, SCHOOL SUPPLIES may be dropped off at our office at 601 Ledbetter Road, Suite A, in Xenia any weekday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Check any online Greene County school supply list for specific items needed or see comments below for commonly needed items. We can use items for all age groups! Thank you for being part of our caring community!
