🚨 BREAKING HIGH WATER UPDATE 🚨

Four of the five Miami Conservancy District flood protection dams are now storing floodwaters following widespread rainfall of 1.25 to 2.5 inches across Southwest Ohio.

Floodgates have been closed in West Carrollton, Hamilton, and Middletown as river levels continue to rise throughout the region. Several riverfront parks and low-lying recreation areas are also closed due to high water conditions and flooding impacts.

MCD crews are actively monitoring conditions around the clock as the flood protection system works to reduce downstream flooding impacts for communities.

Please stay away from flooded areas, use caution near rivers and trails, and never drive through flooded roadways. Additional updates will be shared as conditions change. You can check real time trail conditions on our website.
