Seattle-area brewery teams and anyone heading to town for the ASBC & CIBD Meeting: join us for a free afternoon of hands-on sensory and quality education.

Yakima Chief Hops and Yakima Chief Ranches are hosting Applicable Quality and Sensory Methods on Sunday, August 16 at Stoup Brewing Capitol Hill.

The workshop will explore practical ways to build sensory fingerprints for your hop lots, use benchtop fermentations to evaluate new ingredients, engage your customers in sensory testing, and assess advanced hop oil products through real-world brewer perspectives.
