Thank you to our local volunteer fire fighters for everything you do! You guys and gals are relentless and dedicated on what you do! Thank you.

If you didn’t know, Yankton County EMS responds to and works closely with our volunteer fire departments with all structure fires and motor vehicle accidents in town and out in the county.

🥵We have a wide range of temperatures/heat indices across the area, with locations from central South Dakota into the MIssouri River Valley seeing heat indices of 95 to 105°F as of 4 PM!

Know the signs of heat illness & act fast if observed!

This morning, two cpr instructors made the trip to Akron Iowa to do a Heartsaver cpr course for Heyl truckline. Clayton and Cierra made the trip and had a lot of fun teaching this group. Thank you Heyl for reaching out to Clayton and giving us the opportunity to get you folks certified! Also, thanks for the quick tour of your operation.
