For everyone in Yardley Borough, there will be an Earned Income Tax (EIT) public education session on May 5th.

Keystone Collections and Council representatives will be walking us through how it is happening.

It would be great to attend but I will be out of country. I’m posting in the hopes that fellow residents will attend for their knowledge!

Living in a small town like ours teaches you a lot about what truly matters. In a place like this, where everyone knows each other, there’s no room for indignity, egos, or putting others down. I just want to be clear, thats not how I play ball.

This is what happened to me, funny story. The day, I put my first signs in the ground out front of my house, someone copied them, and tied a negative message about another candidate to MY NAME! Painting an inaccurate and terrible picture of me, ultimately harming my image. I’ve requested them to stop, done all I can. I did what I could, I rebranded my signs and launched anyways relying on my good name and those who know me around town.

That’s when I understood what our town really needs isn’t more politics as usual, but authenticity.

I’m running because I believe in genuine connection, honest conversations, and respect for every person here. This isn’t about titles or self-importance. It’s about serving each other with integrity and heart. That’s the leadership I want to bring to our community.

Fellow Yardley Borough Residents:

I’m Zachary Ryan Bark, and I’d like to formally announce my campaign for Mayor this election, November 4th!

We’re thinking resident forward at the Bark campaign and it’s driven out of an intense love for this community (aka you!). The tremendous good I’ve seen our businesses, neighbors, and public servants extend to one another is only fuel. It’s deeply moving. So much so that I felt the need to serve. Supporting the movement to keep our small town a beautiful and charming place for young and elder alike, to connect and enjoy with their families.

What do I have to offer? Years of pharmaceutical communications experience working under scrutiny, maintaining compliance, building fantastic partnerships that span years. Not only that, I’m volunteering, and have unfortunately seen and responded to my fair share of emergencies. I have an exceptional capacity to bring teams together and solve complex problems. It’s what I’m good at. This town is great, and I plan to preserve our identity, and support a resident first agenda that ensures we continue to maintain emergency preparedness, police presence and ability to serve our constituents, as well as connect great ideas to community stakeholders. Openly, transparently, and with gratitude for your vote.

You may not know of me yet, but I encourage you to reach out or - ask your peers in town who may have met me. I trust my character will speak volumes should I not have the chance to meet you.
