Illinois library supporters and advocates: celebrate today by nominating someone at your local library for an ILA Award. The ILA Awards program recognizes excellence in librarianship and library service in Illinois.

Awards include: the Innovative Programs and Services Award, the Intellectual Freedom Award, the Librarian of the Year Award, the Alexander J. Skrzypek Award for Exceptional Service to People with Disabilities, the Trustee of the Year Award, and many more!

Anyone can nominate someone for an ILA Award, and self-nominations are welcome.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to the art show last night! We had about 200 people in attendance! The art will remain up until the end of the month for anyone that would like to check it out!
