Our stewardship activities, including foreclosure prevention services and ongoing homeowner education, have helped to maintain a 0% foreclosure rate since founding. The CLT model attempts to balance the community's need for place based affordable housing over time with an individual's right to wealth creation and gains from assets through a shared equity program. We have initiated three resales, i

n which the homes were able to be resold to low income buyers with no additional subsidy investment needed to keep the homes affordable. The CLT model is community stabilization strategy in Yellow Springs.

Last Friday, Alex and Emily visited Emerge Recovery & Trade Initiative for a tour with Allison, and ran into their Plumbing instructor, Lauren, who works with Home, Inc. on a lot of our repair projects as an (amazing) inspector! It's so wonderful to have a place like this in Greene County and to get to see what's happening right in our backyard. Thanks for having us!

Yellow Springs Home, Inc. would like to extend its heartfelt thanks to everyone who made yesterday's 2026 Annual Meeting a success. We could not do this important work without the support of community partners such as our sponsors Wright-Patt Credit Union, Ace of Cups, and Village Solar Co.
