Brandon Ortiz-Vite, 27, who was previously deported from the United States, is serving a sentence of 39 to 102 years in prison for killing Ruby Garcia in March 2024. Garcia's body had several gunshot wounds and was found dumped along a road in Grand Rapids. Did Brandon Ortiz-Vite have plans to give all the funds from any lawsuit he might receive to the family of Ruby Garcia? This man has no respect for human life or laws. Shame on him and those who support him in this endeavor. Ruby Garcia is the real victim.

Brandon Ortiz-Vite, the illegal immigrant convicted of murdering Ruby Garcia, filed a handwritten lawsuit demanding $75 million and U.S. citizenship.

Today, the Republican Party and all of America mourns the loss of a true patriot. Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina passed away last night at the age of 71 after a brief and sudden illness.

For over two decades, Senator Graham served the people of South Carolina and our great nation with unwavering dedication. A fierce defender of a strong America, a steadfast ally of President Trump, and a champion for our military men and women β€” his voice on the Senate floor will be deeply missed.

Senator Graham devoted his life to public service and never stopped fighting for the values we hold dear: a strong national defense, a secure border, and an America that leads on the world stage.

Our prayers go out to his family, friends, and the people of South Carolina during this incredibly difficult time.

πŸ™ Rest easy, Senator. Your legacy lives on. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ
