AL SHARPTON SPINNING THE NARRATIVE AGAIN

Al Sharpton and a group of civil rights leaders have announced a new March on Washington to “fight for voting rights.” The event is set to take place on Friday, August 28, on the anniversary of the famous civil rights march of 1963.

The march comes a few months after a Supreme Court ruling told states they can almost never consider race when they draw maps to comply with Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act.

In the 6-3 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court's conservative majority agreed with Republicans that using race as the main factor in drawing congressional districts is unconstitutional. The court ruled that Louisiana's 6th Congressional District, represented by a Democrat, relied too heavily on race.

The upcoming march will be led by Al Sharpton who essentially stated the recent court decision by Republicans has taken away voting protection for black Americans.

In reality, the recent court ruling is meant to take away the ability of states to use race as the main factor in drawing election districts. Supporters of the ruling argue that the ruling promotes an approach that treats all voters equally without discrimination or preference based on race.

SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS AGGRESSIVELY SPREAD DISINFORMATION

Social media and digital platforms are now being used to amplify political rhetoric and racial division because highly emotional content increases user engagement, it also creates profit for the platform. This can create an environment where users are continuously manipulated by being fed propaganda that distorts political perception.

To make matters worse, fake accounts and troll networks are weaponizing social media to rev up racial division and manipulate political discourse. Groups use coordinated efforts to masquerade as authentic users or activist pages to deliberately amplify extreme views to create divide for political gain.

The exact numbers aren’t clear, but studies estimate that roughly 10% to 15% of all active Facebook profiles are fake or automated. This translates to 150 million fake accounts on the platform.

Research shows that for the first time social media has now overtaken legacy media as the primary news source for Americans.

This means that the consistent liberal bias and selective reporting, particularly when it comes to political and covering crimes involving race, has shifted from legacy mainstream media into popular social media platforms.

REVERSE RACISM SEEMS TO BE OKAY ON CERTAIN MAJOR LEFT-LEANING NETWORKS

One of ESPN’s most recognizable sports analysts recently made racially discriminating comments about the Los Angeles Lakers updated roster. He made the discriminating comments on his own daily sports show, The Stephen A. Smith Show.

“Where the heck do the Los Angeles Lakers think they’re going with a bunch of white dudes?

He then went on to bash the Lakers president of basketball operations and general manager Rob Pelinka, who orchestrated the roster changes.

“Rop Pelinka has done made this white dude central.” Smith added.

I doubt ESPN, who’s owned by Disney, will have any issues with Smith’s comments considering ESPN is typically left leaning and often criticized for their woke commentating.

Disney owned ESPN appears to be like several other major left-leaning networks who pretend they’re fighting against racism. What they really mean is they’re only fighting against racism for certain groups when it helps them politically.

MANY ON THE LEFT ENJOY CRITICIZING AMERICA

House Speaker Mike Johnson says Democrats are showing less appreciation for the United States than visiting many World Cup fans, reminding them: "Don't forget your blessings."

The Louisiana Republican made the remarks at a recent press conference while responding to a string of victories by left-wing candidates a day earlier.

"Right now, we're triumphantly hosting the World Cup games all around the country, and we're seeing people from different countries come and get a little taste of America, a little taste of freedom, of our culture, our society, and they appreciate it so much more than these socialists running for Congress," Johnson said.

"Fans across the country are truly enjoying our world class facilities and incredible atmosphere on the field and off the field," he continued. "Thanks to social media we're seeing a lot of these."

Johnson placed his criticism beyond left-wing politicians to Democratic voters, accusing them of lacking "zeal" for America.

He pointed to a new NBC News poll, that found that only a small percent of left-wing voters say they are proud to be American.

The negative mindset among left-wing voters isn’t a shock considering leftist politicians and their biased media have constantly pushed the narrative that America has a problem with systemic racism and unequal opportunities for minorities.

THE LEFT KEEP PROVING THEY WANT DIVISION

President Trump recently attended a Knicks NBA finals game at Madison Square Garden. Left leaning politicians and some of their media analyst heavily criticized Trump before and after the game. Trump was publicly bashed on several of the left-leaning legacy media networks for attending.

One ESPN commentator labeled Trump’s attendance as "selfish" and "narcissistic," and even said Trump had "no business showing up."

Many people aren’t aware that during Trump’s presidency several NBA championship teams declined or bypassed Trump’s invitations to the White House. No NBA team has accepted an invite under Trump, but many accepted and showed up for Biden’s invites.

The Democrat Mayor of New York was openly greeted and welcomed to the same NBA finals game Trump was criticized for attending.

Leftist politicians and their biased media want Trump to be viewed and labeled as a divider, when in reality, it’s them that’s dividing.

REAL ISSUES IN THE BLACK COMMUNITY AREN’T BEING ADDRESSED

There have been strong reactions to the recent verdict in Collin County, Texas—where Karmelo Anthony, a black teenager, was sentenced to 35 years in prison for the fatal stabbing of Austin Metcalf, a white teenager.

Following the conviction protests have already spread to other states outside of Texas. The highly polarizing and racial nature of the trial has drawn nationwide attention, especially in the media, resulting in many heated demonstrations between supporters of both teens outside of the Courthouse in McKinney, Texas.

After the verdict, the president of NGAN, a civil rights and social justice organization, said in an interview that “black America should be upset about what went on today.”

Shouldn’t black Americans also be upset that official crime data shows that homicide is the leading cause of death for young black males, and 90% of black homicide victims are killed by black offenders, and that the homicide victimization rate for black Americans is generally four times higher than the national average.

Where’s the outrage and civil rights leaders and organizations when it comes to this issue? Where is the national media coverage?

The way I see it, the reason you rarely see civil rights leaders protesting black-on-black violence in black communities, or the national media covering it, is because there’s no political gain for the Left. The political gain for the Left only comes from pushing the narrative that black people are victims of racial discrimination and systemic racism in America.

TRUMP WANTS TO CELEBRATE AMERICA WHILE THE LEFT COMPLAIN ABOUT IT

President Trump has unveiled a year-long initiative called "Freedom 250" to celebrate the United States' 250th anniversary. The plans include a major celebration on the National Mall, historical exhibits, and a series of patriotic events. The initiative plan is to honor the country's founding principles, celebrate America’s independence, and feature educational exhibits.

While Trump plans to celebrate America’s success and achievements the Democrats will most likely be complaining. Left-wing politicians and their supporting platforms continue to argue that systemic racism is an ongoing issue in the United States. They argue that systemic racism remains deeply embedded in American institutions, and it disproportionately disadvantages minority groups.

The Left adopted the phrase "systemic racism" into its political platform in recent years. By definition, systemic racism (sometimes called institutional racism) is defined as the deeply embedded policies that give advantages to one racial group while disadvantaging others.

The irony is that many feel it’s Democrat policies that inadvertently harm minority communities. They argue that high taxes and large welfare states harm business growth and diminish job creation. They argue that it fosters dependency in disadvantaged neighborhoods. Critics also argue that leniency on violent crime and bail reform can also harm minorities.

THE LEFT LIKES TO TALK ABOUT DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

Not long ago David Ellison officially took control of the parent company of CBS after his firm completed a merger with Paramount Global. With this acquisition, his firm now owns Paramount—which controls the CBS television network.

Recently the Late Show with Stephen Colbert was officially cancelled by CBS. Stephen Colbert taped his final episode on Thursday, May 21, 2026. Many feel Colbert was cancelled because of his constant bashing of Trump that went on for many years. I personally feel the previous company that controlled Paramount also had something to do with Colberts’s ongoing TDS. The previous owners also pushed similar woke rhetoric on other networks they controlled as well.

The way I see it, If Colbert would’ve poked fun at both parties equally, or maybe been at least somewhat critical of the left – his show would probably still be on at CBS today. But as many people are finding out, the left only pretends to be balanced and diverse-especially when it comes to political opinions and viewpoints.

The Democrats seem to only talk about diversity and inclusion as political talking points to strengthen their voter base, they rarely ever put these things into action when they get an opportunity to do so.

DEMOCRATS DON’T LIKE PEOPLE BEING REFERRED TO AS BIRACIAL

It’s well documented that from the late 19th century until the mid-1960s laws were put in place to keep black and white people separated. During the Jim Crow era Democrats enacted strict racial purity laws to separate white and Black populations.

States passed sweeping legislation to legally define race. For example, Virginia passed the Racial Integrity Act of 1924 under Democrat lawmakers and state officials, it legally classified anyone with any Black ancestry as "colored."

These laws that were intended to separate races and maintain “white racial purity” were struck down and done away with by the Supreme Court on June 12, 1967.

These racially discriminating thought processes should be a thing of the past but unfortunately that’s not the case, they’re thriving today and being pushed by the same party that put them into place decades ago.

Democrats today use their media instead of laws to keep outdated racial viewpoints going. Democrats still dominate mainstream legacy media, and that includes the sports and music industries as well.

In left-owned sports media for example, biracial basketball and football players are commonly referred to as black, even when it’s a known fact they have parents from two distinct racial backgrounds. Popular biracial music stars are consistently promoted as black artists. It’s all done by design and for political gain.

Identity politics is a commonly used political strategy for the Democratic Party; they use it to mobilize a “marginalized” voting group. So, the more people the left can get to self-identify as black, the more votes they can potentially get.

DEMOCRAT HYPOCRISY ON DISPLAY AHEAD OF MIDTERMS

Republican-led legislatures in several Southern states are redrawing their congressional maps following a recent Supreme Court ruling related to the Voting Rights Act. The reconfigured maps should reduce the influence of Democratic districts ahead of the 2026 midterms.

Democrats have heavily criticized Republicans redistricting plan arguing they dilute minority voting and comparing it to the era of Jim Crow and pre-1965 politics. Democrats are even taking legal action to stop the new maps.

Republican leaders are defending the maps, stating they are legal, partisan-driven efforts aimed at political advantage, rather than any type of racial discrimination.

As Democrats claim Republican redistricting is racially discriminatory, under current federal law, both political parties—Republicans and Democrats—have the legal right to redistrict for partisan advantage. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Rucho v. Common Cause several years ago that partisan gerrymandering presents "political questions" beyond the federal courts.

Both major political parties have been using, and benefited from, partisan gerrymandering throughout American history, and Democrats are known for utilized gerrymandering in the states they control.
