O'Reilly Auto Parts grand opening begins Oct 16 (today) and extends through Oct 29. On Saturday, Oct 19 the store will award door prizes and other giveaways between 11am-1pm. The Country Leader KIXS 108 will be on-site for the O'Reilly Auto Parts donation to the Yoakum Food Bank.

California Legislature passes Rent Cap Bill on multi-family dwellings

Commentary:
Unintended consequence: Private funds will look elsewhere to invest and build.
Result: More public housing.
