CPP was awarded a Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) under the Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) program to provide services. eFAST is the FAA's preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. Since Fiscal Year 2010, the eFAST program has awarded over $1.5 billion in contracts to small businesses. As part of the award CPP is qualified and eligible to participate in the procurement process for contract awards for the following Functional Areas:
• Business Administration & Management (BAM)
• Engineering Services (ES)
• Computer Systems Support (CSS)
• Computer/Information Systems Development (CSD)
• Documentation & Training (D&T)

CPP is now an awardee on the GSA 8(a) Streamlined Technology Application Resource for Services (STARS) II Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). The 8(a) Streamlined Technology Application Resource for Services (STARS) II is a Multiple Award (MA), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide information technology (IT) services and IT services- based solutions which may include the integration of ancillary support which is necessary and integral to the IT services being acquired. CPP is eligible to provide support in all four STARS II functional areas:
• FA1: NAICS 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services
• FA2: NAICS 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services
• FA3: NAICS 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services
• FA4: NAICS 541519 - Other Computer Related Services

CPP was awarded the Staples Business Growth Award in October 2017 after reporting revenue in 2016 of $4.55 million and achieving a 5-year growth rate of 3828.24% from 2012 to 2016.
