Chef Marcia Cooper's Vegetarian Cooking Demos are BACK! 😋 She is hosting a Quinoa Chick Pea cooking demo this Monday, October 24th at 6:00 PM inside Beczak Environmental Education Center & if you can't make it in person, catch her streaming live at Chef Marcia Cooper's Facebook. Hope to see you there! Have a dish suggestion or request? Let her know, she will be hosting free cooking classes throughout this season!

WATERFRONT STREET CLOSURES for SEPT 18, 2022 MARATHON (from Parks Dept email flyer received today):

Vehicular access to the Yonkers Waterfront will be restricted between the hours of 6 AM and 2 PM. The Marathon begins at the intersection of River Street/Buena Vista Avenue and Dock Street heading east towards Warburton Avenue. The finishing line will be at the Yonkers Train Station. Activities will be on the east side of the Yonkers Train Station.
