If you have a kid on an E bike, boy, gray shirt dark colored helmet. He was riding east in the west lanes on La Palma. Made an abrupt left turn illegally from La Palma to Lomas de Yorba West. Couldā€™ve easily been killed by a car coming down Lomas de Yorba to La Palma, as they would not have been able to see him before it was too late. Is anything going to be done about these reckless E bike riders? I guess parents being arrested isnā€™t enough yet?
