Distribution of the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program vouchers will begin next week on Thursday, June 4th from 9:30 to 11:00 am at our 2401 Pleasant Valley Road location in York.

The York County Area Agency on Aging, in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, distributes fruit and vegetable vouchers to qualifying seniors. Eligible seniors could receive $25 worth of vouchers to buy fresh fruit and vegetables grown in Pennsylvania.

Income Requirements and Distribution Information

2026 Household Annual Income Requirements are:
1 person $29,526 ($2461/month)
2 people $40,034 ($3336/month)
3 people $50,542 ($4212/month)

Other Important Information

Qualifying seniors must be York County residents and be 60+ years of age by December 31 of the qualifying year.

All qualifying household members may receive vouchers if their total combined income is within income requirements.

Recipients can only receive the SFMNP vouchers once per program year.

Seniors living in a nursing home, personal care home, or any residential facility where meals are provided are ineligible to receive vouchers.

You must show proof of AGE and RESIDENCY at the distribution site.
