late spring 🦋 deep diving valerian. the root has always been too potent for me… been playing with the flowers, which I’ve kinda fallen in love with. so much of the medicine is in simply being with the plants. curiosity//attention.

we’ve been offering refills for years & still have people come in the shop & light up when they find out they can bring their own vessels in to be filled & refilled. seeing what you guys bring & the stories attached has become a favorite for me ❤️ grandmas cut glass candy dish, an aunts pottery bowl, that sweet vintage planter you scored at a yard sale.. love thinking about how many hands have held each piece & the lives it’s lived. thanks for letting us add another chapter to the story 🪔

8 new blends hit the shelves last weekend with sweet new labels to usher in a sweet new season 🌱
**fun fact: our 20 staple, year round candle labels are pretty earthy/neutral & we wanted our seasonal candles to be fun with a pop of color- went bold with matte lime & petal pink florals for our spring line & I kinda love it💫

•mint & citrus has been the mvp - orange & lemon top notes keep it bright & juicy with an herbaceous base of garden mint, basil & eucalyptus ✨🍊

•wild honey is an og we brought back- smells like sweet, cascading honeysuckle vines. nostalgic ✨🌿

• matcha & oat is brand new & a personal favorite- warm & complex with notes of tonka, green tea & dewy grass. earthy & slightly sweet, this one surprised me when I was testing ✨🍵

•aloe & clover is another blend we brought back- fresh, clean & balanced with notes of citrus, greens and soft florals ✨☘️

•morning bloom- soft lilac & violet leaf with a touch of cassis ✨🌺

• midnight dahlia- a heady blend of tuberose, dahlia, patchouli & amber ✨🌙

fell in love with golden milk (iykyk) a couple decades ago & cardamom ranks near the top of my favorite spices (how does anyone pick just one tho?? ) when we rebranded I knew our cardamom blend was getting a new name. honey, cardamom, a tiny pinch of pepper & cream- warm, grounded, softly sweet & a little unexpected 🪔 a perfect between seasons blend & a staple we’re keeping on the shelves year round for you ✨

magnesium for the win ✨ we’ve been using magnesium cream since our Judah was a toddler (close to a decade 🥲) & have really come to love it. so good for sore muscles, restless legs & just a deeper, more restorative sleep overall (it’s the sleep part for us 💤) . our lotion is my favorite, made in super small batches in our kitchen with mango butter & jojoba & of course lots & lotsa love, it is soo deeply moisturizing, gentle & nourishing ❤️ just restocked Central Market York and BUiLDiNG CHARACTER

hii ❤️ been getting my butt kicked this month & have been super absent on here but wanted to jump on & share a few things-
1- thank you guys for supporting this little business the way you have the last few months, all the refills (have never refilled more vessels 🤪👏🏽), wholesale orders, holiday orders, all the convos at market (especially those- they’re my favorite), all the love & encouragement… i am SO GRATEFUL for you guys & this community. thank you 🙏🏽❤️
2- i have one more big holiday restock coming to both shops this weekend (tomorrow at BUiLDiNG CHARACTER & saturday at Central Market York ) lots of vintage & one more big batch of all the holiday blends. 🌲✨
