NEW Craft Supply Exchange

Time to clear out the craft closet! 🧵🎨 Join us for our FIRST Craft Supply Exchange and trade your unused (or gently used) supplies for your next favorite hobby!

How does it work?

SEPTEMBER 8-30: Drop off Supplies
Drop off donations at the circulation desk Sept 8–30 to score an Early Bird ticket for Exchange Day on Saturday, Oct 3. Check out the flyer for donation guidelines and full event details!

🚫 What We CANNOT Accept:
No liquids (glues, paints, inks, resin), sprays/aerosols, solvents, broken equipment, or anything dirty/moldy.

Join us for a fantastic LEGO Meet-Up each month at the Yorkville Public Library! It's the perfect opportunity for preschoolers and children to unleash their creativity and create amazing LEGO creations.

🧱 LEGO blocks will be provided—all you need to bring is your imagination! Whether you're building a towering castle, a speedy race car, or anything your mind dreams up, you'll have a blast in the company of new friends.

World Cup Sticker Trading Pop-up ⚽️

Join us at the Yorkville Public Library for our next Panini World Cup Sticker Trading Pop-up: Thursday, Sept. 10 from 5-7pm.

Bring your FIFA World Cup trading stickers and connect with other local collectors. All ages are welcome, but remember—this is trading only (no selling allowed!).

How does the trading event work?
If you haven't been, come join the fun. We connect folks that prefer to use the Figuritas app then everyone organizes their cards (everyone has different methods so it's a great opportunity to learn some new ways to organize your collection too!) and roams around meeting new friends and making trades. Our host announces cards people are desperately seeking and we write them on the whiteboard to help our friends fill the books. People complete their books, high fives all around and the crowd goes wild!
