Perry parent and musician, William Crosby, visited Perry on Friday to demonstrate various instruments of the brass family. The students enjoyed learning about the instruments, listening to songs, and touching the tuba. Thanks, Mr. Crosby!

What happens when you bring together Perry, Estabrook, and YCMS students for one unforgettable day? ENERGY. EXCITEMENT. LEARNING. 💥

Our scholars had an amazing financial literacy experience thanks to the incredible team at the University of Michigan Credit Union! From interviewing Braylon Edwards 🎤 to playing games with Jahmyr Gibbs 🏈, students were fully engaged, smiling, learning, and making memories they’ll never forget.

Real-life lessons, teamwork, laughter, and inspiration all in one place — this is what powerful learning looks like! Thank you to everyone who helped make this experience so special for our students. 💙💛

The work we do is important, but so is finding joy along the way! Today our staff took on the “Anything But A Cup” challenge, and our young scholars definitely thought we had lost our minds. 😂

The laughs, smiles, and creativity were a great reminder that the little moments help build a positive school culture too. ❤️
