CSP Labs is seeking a full-time, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join their genotyping laboratory team. This entry-level position is responsible for conducting molecular genotyping assays on seed and plant materials in a fast-paced laboratory environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or grow their career in a laboratory setting while gaining hands-on experience in molecular genotyping and plant science.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
• Ability to accurately and consistently pipette small volumes in 384-well formats
• Strong attention to detail, including labeling, plate mapping, documentation, and maintaining sample integrity
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments based on workload and deadlines
• Comfortable working with digital systems such as LIMS, Google Sheets, and Excel
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with a start time between 7:00–8:00 AM
• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in a biology-related field required

Wage: $22.00-$23.50/hour; depends on experience
