💙 Shop with a Cop 2025 💙
As the Shop with a Cop Coordinator, I want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who came together to make Shop with a Cop 2025 such an incredible and unforgettable experience for our children and families.
This year was truly special. From enjoying Little Caesars Pizza, Starbucks, and delicious treats from The Cookie Tree, to the absolute magic of having a real, live reindeer at the event — the smiles and excitement said it all. 🦌✨
After dinner, our officers es**rted the children on a bus to Walmart, an experience they absolutely loved. With a police es**rt leading the way, the excitement only grew! Once there, 50 children from our local schools were treated to a shopping spree, each child receiving $125 to shop for items they truly wanted and needed. Watching the joy, gratitude, and confidence on their faces was priceless.
We want to give a huge shout-out to our biggest sponsors, Walmart of Yuba City and WinCo Foods of Yuba City, whose generosity played a major role in making this event possible. We are also incredibly thankful to all of our sponsors, participating law enforcement agencies, volunteers, and community partners who stepped up in such a big way.
In addition to Shop with a Cop, we were also able to host a Turkey Drive prior to the event, ensuring families had the necessities to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner together. 🦃❤️
This event is a true reflection of what can happen when law enforcement and the community come together with a shared goal — supporting and uplifting our children and families. Thank you all for being part of something so meaningful.
