Congratulations Dr. Luu and thank you for your service! We appreciate your hard work, compassion, and commitment to excellence.

With Dr. Phuong Luu set to conclude her service as Bi-County Health Officer at the end of the month, the Sutter County Board of Supervisors presented her with a Gold Resolution on Tuesday in recognition of her more than six years of dedicated service to Sutter County and the community.

Since joining Sutter and Yuba counties in January 2020, Dr. Luu has provided steady and thoughtful public health leadership through some of the most challenging times our communities have faced, while also helping advance important long-term public health initiatives and partnerships.

We thank Dr. Luu for her commitment, leadership, and service to our community, and wish her continued success in the next chapter of her career.
