Hello Nassau County Residents!

We are currently taking in office and online applications for homestead exemption for tax year 2027.

File online here: https://ncpafl.com/exemptions-classifications/homestead-exemption-file-for-homestead/

Here’s what you need to file:
Florida driver’s license (or ID card) updated to your new address.
Florida Vehicle Registration, at least one.
Nassau County Voter Registration number, if you are a registered voter.
If you are married, your spouse will also need to provide the same information for the application.
Additional information may be requested.
