🚨 BOIL WATER ADVISORY: A boil water advisory is in effect for portions of Nassau County for residents whose water service is provided by JEA.
🚰 Before using your water: bring water to a rolling boil for at least one minute before using it for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth or other activities involving consumption.

LOOK before you LOCK! Never leave children or pets in a vehicle, even for a moment. With temperatures this high, the inside of a car can become dangerously hot within minutes. Heatstroke can happen fast, and cracking a window does not make it safe.
If you see a child or animal left unattended in a car, call 911 immediately.

Heat Advisory and Extreme Heat Warning are in effect Today 11 AM to 8 PM. The combination of temperatures rising to the mid and upper 90s and with oppressive humidity values will create peak heat indices in the 108°-113° range. Stay hydrated, Limit strenuous time outdoors in the afternoon, Use AC and fans, wear lightweight clothing.
