Over $5.8 Million Invested in Yuma Region Bridges!

The May YMPO Newsletter highlights two major transportation infrastructure projects recently awarded funding through the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Off-System Bridge Program.

These investments will support the replacement of the B Canal Bridge on Avenue 4E in the City of Yuma and the Avenue 1E Bridge in Yuma County, helping improve safety, mobility, and long-term reliability for residents, businesses, and the agricultural community.

This month’s highlight features our Mobility Manager’s outreach to local high schools, where students are being introduced to our Travel Training Program and learning how to confidently navigate and ride public transit.
We are proud to support our community by helping students gain independence and become familiar with local transportation options.
