I have had some questions lately about what counts towards prizes for reading charts in our Summer Reading Program. Here are some examples:

👉Books from the library
👉Books from home
👉Books read more than once this summer
👉Graphic Novels/ Manga
👉Audio Books
👉Picture books
👉Books read together as a family
👉Children's or Teen magazines

We just want our young readers to stay curious about books and keep their reading skills sharp throughout the summer, and we understand that this looks differently for different kids. If you have any more questions, just let us know. 😃

We only have a few more days to turn in reading charts, as they are due this week on Friday (July 31st) at 5PM. Keep up the great work! We hope to see you and your young readers at the library soon. It's not too late to participate, even if you have not been to any of our previous programs this summer.
