🌱 Farmers Market Update 🌱
After careful consideration and conversations with our vendors, we have decided to delay the start of this year’s Farmers Market.
Several of our local farmers have let us know that they simply don’t have enough product ready yet due to the growing season. We want to ensure that when the market opens, it offers the abundance of fresh, local produce and products that our community expects and deserves.
In addition, with the ongoing construction at Four Corners Park and the bridge entrance into town, we felt it would be challenging for both vendors and visitors to navigate the area comfortably.
As we looked at the calendar, we also realized that our upcoming Fourth of July Celebration and Horse Trading Days would make it difficult to establish a consistent market schedule over the next several weeks. Rather than opening for a short period and then pausing for these major community events, we’ve decided it’s best to wait and launch the market when we can provide a stronger and more consistent experience for everyone.
We know many of you look forward to the Farmers Market each year, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Our goal is to create a market that best supports our farmers, vendors, and community, and we believe a slight delay will help us do just that. Thank you for continuing to support local farmers, makers, and small businesses—we can’t wait to see you at the market later this season! ❤️🌽🍓🥕
