Last Saturday, we held our Annual Fireman's Supper and got to show appreciation to our current and past members, along with showing great appreciation to our spouses and city council for their tremendous support in the work we do. We also got to celebrate some amazing accomplishments from the team and even got a special surprise!
Crissy Passe, Lucas Passe and Jena Kutina stopped by and surprised us all with a very generous donation on behalf of their family and in honor of our late dear friends, Kelly Guinn Preble and Dan Preble. A very sincere thank you to you all!
As we looked back on last years accomplishments, our team as a whole responded to 118 calls of service and logged over 703 hours of being on scene throughout the year! Mind you, that is just on scene time. That doesnt include the additonal time to clean up the trucks or our gear, or the hours of ongoing maintenance and meetings they put in either! They also logged in over a combined 1400hrs in training throughout 2025. An amazing feat in itself!
A job well done to the entire team!
A few individaul accomplishments that we got to recognize were:
Years of Service Milestones:
Nate Richardson -25 Years
Logan Diebold - 15 years
Alex Leonard - 10 years
Chris Conrad - 10 years
Bob Benson - 5 years
Top 3 Responders for the year (most calls attended)
Caleb Tesmer - Top Responder
Isaiah Klees - 2nd Top Responser
Logan Diebold - 3rd Top Responder
Firefighter I/II Certifications Completed:
Austen Michel & Caleb Tesmer
Keep up the great work everyone!
We would also like to thank our community, the communities around us, our dispatch team, and our mutual aid partners for the continued support each and everyday!
Thank you all!
