What started as an ordinary community youth group on 22nd September, 2011 by Sgt. Meldon James who was attached at the Paget Farm Police Youth Club was not long after adopted by the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force Youth Club to be a Police Youth Club. On the 8th January, 2012 the club was officially launched with forty (40) members. We were also the first club to have been given
an official launch. Our numbers increased rapidly to a maximum number of seventy-three (73). However, as many other clubs/organizations the club had its challenges and the numbers suddenly decreased. Three years after on the 8th January, 2014 the club's membership stood at thirty-one (31). At our first meeting we had three new persons showing up to become members. What do we do as a Club? The Club meets on Fridays at 4:30 pm at the Magistrate's Court, upstairs the Paget Farm Police Station, during games evening we mainly meet at the Paget Farm Playing Field. Presently all clubs are using a five point program ... Lectures, Arts and Craft, Community Out-reach, Sports/games and Church Visits. Therefore from time to time we have various persons coming in to lecture on topics that are of importance to our young people and this is done every first Friday and of course there is the arts and craft sessions on the second Friday and so far we have done various crafts which can be seen in on our page. Our work in the community thus far has mainly been a series of water-front and beach clean ups and of course you should imagine that the members really look forward to games evening and then we go to Church on the last Sunday. So far we have basically visited all the churches in Paget Farm, some twice and we've begun our visit to the churches in Port Elizabeth. Other activities done by the group in the past three years are: In-House Public Speaking Competition in 2012 , In-house Spelling Competition in 2013 and In-house General Knowledge Quiz in 2014. The Purpose of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Youth Club is to assist in the wholesome development of the Nation's youths...

Membership in the Club is opened to all youths from age 8 yrs to 17 yrs. Group one: Explorers - Age 8 yrs to 12 yrs
Group two: Adventurers - Age 13 yrs to 15 yrs
Group three: Pioneers - Age 16 to 17 yrs
