INTERIM HEMODIALYSIS OUTPATIENT FACILITY FF&E

Project Overview:
Pursuant to Title 19, Subsection 245(a) of the Virgin Islands Code, the Government Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation (GHHFC)—a public entity of the Government of the Virgin Islands—has established the Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team (THRT) to provide procurement, delivery, installation, placement, verification, and closeout of all items identified in this solicitation.
Acting on behalf of Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital (JFLH), THRT is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed contractors to provide and install all Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) components necessary for the successful delivery of a fully functional, turnkey Interim Hemodialysis Outpatient Facility. This includes all furniture identified in the solicitation and associated implementation services.

Construction of the Interim Radiology Outpatient Care Facility

The Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team (THRT) is pleased to announce the release of IFB-002-2025-JFLH-THRT R1 – Construction of the Interim Radiology Outpatient Care Facility located at the Virgin Islands Cardiac Center (VICC), 4007 Estate Diamond Ruby, Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Project Overview
THRT is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and licensed USVI General Construction Contractors for the construction and relocation services associated with the Interim Radiology Outpatient Care Facility. The project includes approximately 3,200 square feet of facility renovation, with 2,628 square feet designated for construction modifications, relocation and installation of critical diagnostic equipment, modifications to clinical and support spaces, and terminal cleaning and preparation services to ensure readiness for medical operations.

Charlotte Kimelman Parking Lot Paving & ADA Upgrades

The Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team (THRT), on behalf of the Charlotte Kimelman Cancer Institute (CKCI), invites qualified and licensed firms to submit bids for the Charlotte Kimelman Parking Lot Paving & ADA Upgrades Project.

Pursuant to Title 19, Subsection 245(a) of the Virgin Islands Code, the Government Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation (GHHFC), a public entity of the Government of the Virgin Islands, established the Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team (THRT). THRT is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide parking lot paving and ADA upgrades for the Charlotte Kimelman Cancer Institute.

The scope of work includes all provisions of labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, superintendence, services, fees, taxes, permitting, installation, and all other related items required to complete the project.
