Job Title: Sr. Geophysicist
Working Location: HCMC
Report to: Geophysics Lead/ Deputy Manager/ Manager

Job purpose:
- Provide Geophysical support within CLJOC for the Development Planning and Ex*****on for oil & gas fields, comprising both clastic and fractured basement reservoirs.
- Provide general Exploration & Appraisal Support for Block 15-1, Offshore Vietnam.
- Primary technical contribution: Geophysical/ Seismic Interpretation, project supervision, mentoring

Principle responsibilities:
Assist with, and conduct where appropriate, a variety of geophysical tasks including:
- Detailed interpretation and structural mapping of 3D seismic data;
- Capable of organizing and supervising external specialist projects (such as: seismic data processing; attribute analysis & inversion; and possibly 3D acquisition operations);
- Identifying, risking and evaluating appraisal opportunities;
- Assisting in selection of drilling locations and support drilling department planning and ex*****on;
- Site survey preparation, ex*****on and interpretation;
- Maintaining geophysical database & conduct post-well evaluations;
- Mentoring of other G&G staff within SSF department.

Qualifications and Skills required:
- A strong background in Geophysical and Geological sciences - minimum academic requirement – BSc/MSc (Geosciences);
- A minimum of 5 years interpretation experience;
- Ability to use appropriate interpretation software and tools (e.g. Petrel, GF, Charisma etc);
- Experienced in 2D/3D seismic interpretation, mapping and depth conversion;
- Knowledgeable of Seismic processing and geophysical operations activities;
- Good communication, presentation and influencing skills (fluent in English);
- A self-motivated, independent, contributor and team player, prepared to engage within an active multi-disciplinary group environment.

Job Title: P&P Technician
Working Location: Offshore

Job purpose:
The Production Technician is responsible for operating and carrying out first line maintenance of CPP and WHP facility’s process systems, associated equipment and utilities safely, with minimal environmental impact in accordance with legislation and CLJOC procedures.

Principle responsibilities:
- Be familiar with the facility’s process plants safe operation and maintenance and must understand safety requirements, including work permit systems, operational and emergency procedures, Company policy and instructions;
- Operate process facilities as per assignment by P&P Supervisor/ or CRO.
- Contribute SIMOPS Operations
- Manage wells (production and injection) according to well management guidelines to achieve optimum production;
- Operate the Well, take oil & water sample when required;
- Ensure that all information entered in logs, reports, production records are accurate and conform to the Facility Management System;
- Immediately Report the abnormal condition of equipments or deviation of operating parameter to CRE or production Supervisor;
- Liaise with Materials Controller for stores and spare gear and monitor consumption for Production Department materials;
- Gather and compile data for daily production reports and maintain a comprehensive log of all production activities;
- Perform gas tests and isolations as per permit to work and safe entry permits specific to the process systems;
- Monitor and maintain chemical injection equipment and monitor dosage rates of process fluids/gas efficiently;
- To carry out performance and compliance testing of wells and diagnosis and optimization of process systems; take wells reading, do API 14B, grease the valves…
- Perform oil quality testing when required;
- Monitor piping condition via corrosion probe readings and iron counts;
- Take part in Plant Emergency Response as per assigned role;
- Carry out first line maintenance and repair work, CFTs, shutdowns, isolations and planned maintenance;
- Do other job as per assignment by P&P Supervisor/ WHP Supervisor.
- Co-operation with members of other departments to do maintenance equipment

Qualifications and Skills required:
- Education: College or University degree, major in Oil and Gas production technology preferred;
- Having experience as production technician, hydrocarbon processing or
similar facility or experience in the operation and maintenance of process equipments;
- Experience in Safety Management Systems and computerized Planned
Maintenance Systems preferred;
- Engineering trade, hydrocarbons production or other relevant qualification;
- Able to work in rotation in offshore environment;
- Ability to work self-contained or control a working team;
- Proficient in English language;
- Ability to learn new equipment, processes and procedures quickly and with a minimum of outside training or schools.

Job Title: Material/ Planning Specialist
Department: Operations

Report to: OIM and Deputy OIM M&R and E&I D. Supervisor/Supervisor

Job purpose:
- To provide development of PM routines for Maintenance, Inspection and Operational activity services an in the development of schedules for the same with the objective to ensure that the STV-CPP equipment and assets have adequate programs developed to ensure asset integrity and production deliverables are met and maintained for the Operation Group.
- Responsible to co-ordinate and control materials movements to and from the CPP platform as well as maintaining levels and the integrity of the onboard stores inventory, hazardous goods register, tool lists, lifting equipment etc. Provide materials availability advice for maintenance planning function(s) and provide lower level sourcing / procurement. The position is required to interface with maintenance, production and contract personnel when ordering, purchasing and arranging logistics for the delivery of materials to and from the platform. This position also requires good interface with P&P, E&I, M&R Supervisor and Deck foreman.

Principle responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a weekly status report on progress for the development of Preventative Maintenance, Inspection of the offshore facilities.
- To support offshore maintenance (M&R, E&I) supervisors on maintenance activities planning and scheduling.
- Preparation, keep track of a Planned Maintenance and Inspection rolling year plan for the ex*****on of routines.
- Responsible for ensuring that all activities within the spares, equipment and consumable stores are efficiently coordinated in support of the day-to day platform operations.
- Act as a focal point for the delivery of materials to the platform, communicate with platform personnel, and the onshore support team, to ensure smooth and safe materials flow to and from the platform. Provide a coordinating role in the receipt and dispatch of materials received onboard the platform destined for other CLJOC work sites. Preparation and checking of both received and dispatch cargo manifests
- General inventory and logistics administration, documentation and record keeping for reporting to management as required. Incumbent responsible for updating the CMMS system with inventory management system with details of materials in stock and received.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient stores regime
- Responsible for conducting regular routine inventory stock checks and stock turnover. Maintain all offshore stock levels at optimum levels. Ensure correct stock levels are kept in effective locations with inventory related duties
- Promote and implement the company's Safety, Health and Environmental Policies as applicable and provide input into the development of all operational procedures, with safety always being of prime importance.

Qualifications and Skills required:
- Preference of over 3 years experienced in the oil and gas industry in warehouse, materials handling and logistics role, combined with a working knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
- General knowledge of Production, Maintenance and Inspection philosophies, procedures and work related activities
- Good English and computer skills
- Good in organizational and planning skills
- Ability to communicate and co-ordinate materials movements between the platform and external suppliers, support groups.
- Understand the requirements for the labeling, packaging and movements of hazardous materials.
- Have a working knowledge of general certification requirements for spare parts and materials.

Job Scope:
Provide drilling engineering planning and daily operational support for the Cuulong Joint Operating Company (CLJOC). The senior drilling engineer will be responsible for planning, preparing, and designing wells as well as provide drilling / operations technical support for the CLJOC operations organization. In addition, the senior drilling engineer will provide contracting, invoicing, and material tracking to support ongoing and future operational requirements.

Principle responsibilities:
Provide drilling engineering planning and daily operational support to CuuLong Joint Operation Company through, but not limited to the following:
1. Prepare well plans, cost estimates, drilling programs for Jack-up drilling rig based development, exploration, and appraisal wells. Well design / drilling program sr. drilling engineer responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
• Selection of casing points and sizes
• Casing design
• Drill string design
• Directional drilling
• Pore pressure / fracture gradient analysis
• Drilling fluid program
2. Deliver wells / projects meeting, but not limited to the following requirements:
• Safety and the environment as the 1st priority
• Met Geology / Reservoir and well design priorities / objectives (fit for purpose)
• On time and within budget
3. Develop and prescribe specifications and requirements for all long lead materials / rental tools, and equipment. Ensuring that all long lead materials / rental tools, and equipment for drilling operations are fit for purpose and available in a timely manner.
4. Coordinate with procurement/ legal department for tendering / sourcing of equipment / services to meet drilling operations requirement. Check and process invoice payments to service Contractors.
5. Plan and execute well operations with the upmost regard to safety of personnel, the environment and equipment / property. Ensure compliance of operations with approved procedures, safety, and government / JOC organizational requirements.
6. Continuously monitor drilling activity, related operations, and safety issues. Forecast in advance incremental expenditure as operations require.
7. Make recommendations to improve operations for increased efficiency and to overcome operational difficulties. Ensuring lessons learned are recorded and distributed as appropriate.
8. Conduct post project end of well reviews recording the history / description of the well and identify / recommend areas for improved operational efficiencies and design. Monitor historical and current performance to benchmark progress.
9. Work closely with Geology / Reservoir department to ensure that the Cuulong JOC goals and objectives are met. Provide drilling engineering guidance to various teams within the Cuulong JOC organization.
10. Direct analysis of well problems and equipment failures. Improve existing technology through design analysis and assess new technology for potential applications
11. Spend time at the Vung Tau logistics base and offshore to improve operational knowledge and support drilling operations as required
12. Provide technical support to the Lead Drilling Engineer.

Qualifications and Skills required:
1. Vietnamese citizen
2. Must be a university degree in engineering
3. Minimum of 10 years of related drilling work experience in the upstream oil and gas industry with minimum 1 years of working with offshore jackup / platform drilling rigs. Additional operational experience with slickline / electric line, coil tubing, workover units, and snubbing / hydraulic workover unit is advantageous but not a requirement.
4. Experience with DST / Testing / Completions is advantageous
5. Experience working for an oil and gas exploration and production operating company such as an independent oil Company or joint operating Company is advantageous
6. Able to work independently with limited direction / supervision. Self motivated to accomplish the tasks at hand and the ability to work in a dynamically changing drilling schedule environment in a multi-discipline /multi-cultural organization.
7. Fluency in oral and written English.
8. Ability to work in and contribute to a team focused organization.
9. Good computer skills – Microsoft office (Excel / word / Powerpoint / Outlook / etc.) Peloton Wellview Daily Drilling database experience as well as Landmark drilling software package (Casing seat / stress check / Wellcat / WellPlan / Compus) is advantageous but not required.

Job purpose:
Lead HSE Specialist is responsible for coordinating the implementation of the CLJOC Health, Safety and Environment Management System ensuring continuous improvement of system and processes.

Principle responsibilities:
- Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of the CLJOC HSE, Management System programs and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of excellent HSE practices by communicating HSE policies, procedures and standards across CLJOC. Help develop initiatives to improve HSE practice/ awareness by recommending effective preventative action programs.
- Participate as required in risk assessments to help ensure risk is managed to ALARP levels; risk assessments include What If studies, HAZIDS, HAZOPS etc.
- Provide guidance on HSE training and development requirements and advises on establishment of the Competency Based Training and Development program.
- Champion the investigation of HSE incidents to determine root causes using the TapRoot methodology, required preventive measures to help prevent a reoccurrence and communicate lessons learned. Act as Investigation Team Leader for significant and high risk ranked incident as required.
- Champion the HSE audit program including tracking of corrective actions raised from audits to help ensure timely close out.
- Co-ordinate emergency response planning, training and implementation of lessons learnt from incidents/training to help ensure emergency preparedness.
- Development implementation and maintenance of the Contractor Management. Actively support the HSE Contractor Forums to foster a one team approach and alignment of contractor HSE goal and objectives with those of the CLJOC.
- Conduct regular internal and external HSE audit e.g. contractors and audit follow up tracking.

Qualifications and Skills required:
- Vietnamese citizen
- At least five (5) years experience in Oil and Gas or heavy manufacturing industries with proven service in a HSE supervisory position
- A sound of understanding of risk assessment and safety management system
- Proficiency in supervising HSE functions of an operation nature
- Experience in administering safety and healthy training programs
- Experience in HSE auditing
- Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental Standards applicable to the industry
- Good ability to make liaison with local related authorities
- Good communications skills. Fluent in spoken and writing English
- Must be self motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
