1. It’s located in An vien villas district, Nha trang, Khanh hoa, also called as the Dragon Villa, because it’s building has been launched in the Year of Dragon 2012 and it’s decorated with a lot of dragons.
2. This house is also known as Snake's Mansion, because
it’s building was completed in the Year of Snake 2013 and it’s decorated with hundreds of cobras at the top of columns and on balconies, the staircase behind the house has also a form of 40m- long snake.
3. The next, very metaphoric name of the house is “House of Inteligence Show”, because its design is based on Vietnamese folk verse “When the dragons and snakes come to the clouds, there will be a dice and the House of Inteligence Show”.
4. With outside gold striped columns, attached at the foot with stars, it gives the viewer a feeling of admiring a meteor shower in the broad daylight. With inside striped columns, attached at the foot with tens of thousands stars, it too gives the viewer a feeling of admiring a meteor shower in the night. For this reason it is also called Meteor Rain Mansion.
5. To come into this house, you will have a walk on one of two Milky Ways, arranged in arc. Therefore it is also named the Heavenly Milky Way Palace.

7. If you come to visit this house, you will see full images of 12 vietnamese zodiac as rat, cat, monkey, dog, tiger, pig, cattle, chicken along with goat, snake and dragon, horse. Therefore the house is also known as 12 VZ Mansion.
8. Also you can see outside and inside the house there are countless angels, so it’s called The Castle of Angels.
9. This house is also a gathering place of many kings, so it is also known as Heavenly Emperor Palace.
10. In the construction contract, this house must be completed on time at 22-12-2012, the day of Apocalypse. However, due to the lack of capacity, the builder has delayed the completion. And to celebrate that event, the house was put on the so-called Apocalypse Palace.
11. On the roof of the house hangs a very special flag, called World Flag of Peace.
