Pickle recipe
1 English cucumber
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp black peppercorn or 1/2 tbs ground black pepper
1 tsp red chili flakes
2 1/2 tbs dried dill
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp celery seed
3 tbs vinegar
fill rest with hot water, let cool and refrigerate overnight

1 Cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
2 tbs mustard
2 tsp liquid smoke
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbs red wine vinegar
1 tbs Worcestershire
2 tsp garlic powder & onion powder
2 tsp numeric
1 tbs paprika
Creamy sriracha
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sriracha
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp honey
Spicy chicken nuggets
2 large chicken breast with tender attached
1 chicken skin
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp msg
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp white pepper
2 tbs oil
2 tbs cornstarch

The batter for both nuggets and chicken sandwich
1 cup flour
1 egg
2 tbs cayenne
1 tbs paprika
1-2 cup cold water ( look at consistency in the video, and add a little at a time)
Dry Dredge
1 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs ( watch the video for consistency)
1 cup flour

2 tbs onion powder
2 tbs pepper
