Goal & Objective No 1 - Supporting a Risiliant and Sustainable Community Long Mele-Maat through form of Agricultural Activties.

Land is a very important monument in our society today. It is a human asset that people and societies neglects their ownership. It is our altimate goal to reach out to our communities and find solutions to our struggles and secure a path way for our future generation. The No 1 Goal & Objective in our storian today is yumi storian blong hau nau bae yumi save faenem selen insaed long kraun blong i save helpem mo benefitim yumi everi wan. Our storian today is to reside on setting aside pieces of land to be obtained and considered for Agricultural purposes.
This initiative in the future will benefit small cormercial farmers and individuals who are in the agricultural Industries which also support the irrig*tion for risiliant and sustainable Agriculture in vanuatu. This aproach will be administrated and controlled by a committee recommended by people that will be steered by a CDF committee – (Community Development Fund Committee). The CDF committee is be registered and set up as a trust fund to run the affairs of the Community Agricultural Projects.
These Agricultural farming Projects are for planting and harvesting of organic products like; Kava, local crops, vegetable and other local food products which can be processed with value added and sold within Port-Vila supermaarkets, Communities and surrounding areas. The money raised will invest into the community development projects (CDF) and community Initiatives.
It will be benefiting small business projects in the community and assisting on addressing community needs as much as possible as a form of short term loans with low interest rates and also creating job opportunities for our youths.
