The objective of the project is to reduce long-term unemployment and dependence on Guaranteed Minimum Assistance (GMA), by effectively involving vulnerable groups, especially users of guaranteed minimum assistance, in the labor market, by including them in specialized skills development programs and services. The project is implemented in the period of 36 months and will realize activities in two

different components:
Component 1: SIM Counseling and Motivation Program, with:
1. Mentoring support (at a time when the beneficiary is involved in training or other active employment measures)
Component 2: Support Employment by Trainings, which consists of the three ESA active employment measures:
1. Training for vocational occupations (required occupations at labor market)
2. Cost-sharing employment (wage subsidy)
