𝐑𝐏𝐕𝐀𝐑𝐀-𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝟗 𝐨𝐟 𝟏𝟓. The Municipal Assessor’s Office of Rapu-Rapu, headed by Joyce Ann E. Cilot, R.E.A., R.E.B., presented the Proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for Lands and Buildings in the Province of Albay before the Local Sanggunian of the Municipality of Rapu-Rapu on June 2, 2026.

The presentation was presided over by Vice Mayor Hon. Tom S. Galicia and attended by members of the Sangguniang Bayan, with the support of Mayor Hon. Romel A. Galicia. The activity forms part of the continuing presentation of valuation schedules under the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA) in preparation for the conduct of the public consultation process.

Bulalacao, R.E.A., J.D., conducted the presentation of the Proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for Lands and Buildings in the Province of Albay before the Local Sanggunian of the Municipality of Manito on May 26, 2026.

Bulalacao, R.E.A., J.D., conducted the presentation of the Proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for Lands and Buildings in the Province of Albay before the Local Sanggunian of the Municipality of Tiwi on May 25, 2026.

𝐑𝐏𝐕𝐀𝐑𝐀-𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟑 𝐨𝐟 𝟏𝟓. The Municipal Assessor’s Office of Bacacay, headed by Prescilla B. Gudes, R.E.A., in coordination with the Provincial Assessor’s Office headed by Darla-Mae Z. Bulalacao, R.E.A., J.D., conducted the presentation of the Proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for Lands and Buildings in the Province of Albay before the Local Sanggunian of the Municipality of Bacacay on May 21, 2026.

Present during the activity were the provincial SMV focals, Arianne Julise A. Rosauro, R.E.A., and Maria Ruth C. Arbo, R.E.A., R.E.B. The presentation was primarily delivered by Ms. Rosauro as part of the implementation of the RPVARA, prior to the conduct of the public consultation process for the proposed valuation schedules.

(Legazpi City, May 20, 2026) Nanumpa na ang bagong talagang department head ng Albay Provincial Human Settlement Office at ng Provincial Assessor's Office nitong ika-18 ng Mayo na pinangunahan ni Albay Governor Noel E. Rosal.

Kinilala bilang bagong Provincial Assessor si Darla-Mae Z. Bulalacao at si Engr. Karen B. Olayres, J.D. bilang ganap na Provincial Human Settlement Officer.

Ayon kay Provincial Human Resource Management Office OIC Corazon D. Revale, matapos ang ginawang oath-taking, ipapasa na sa Sangguniang Panlalawigan ang concurrence ng dalawang department heads.

Ipinaabot naman ni Albay Governor Noel E. Rosal ang kaniyang pagbati sa dalawang department heads at sa lima pang na-promote na empleyado ng Pamahalaang Lokal ng Albay at umaasang ipagpapatuloy ng mga ito ang mahusay at tapat na paglilingkod sa publiko.
