🌻 LAST CALL FOR VENDORS! 🌻

The Bowser Farmers Market is almost here, and we’re putting the finishing touches on our vendor lineup for the 2026 season!

Vendor applications have already been sent out to many interested vendors, and we are now making a final call before we finalize our market roster.

Join us every Wednesday from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Magnolia Court in Bowser from June 17th through September 16th.

The market will feature:
🎶 Live Music
🚚 Food Trucks
🛍 Local Vendors
🌻 A Fun, Community Atmosphere

If you are interested in participating and have not yet received an application, please reach out as soon as possible. Space is limited and applications are currently being reviewed.

♻️ COMMUNITY CLEAN-UP REMINDER ♻️

As we get ready for tomorrow’s Qualicum Bay Great Trunk Sale & Community Clean-Up, we wanted to clarify what the garbage bin will and will not accept.

🚫 We will NOT be accepting recycling items at this event.

The Regional District of Nanaimo has provided information on many items that can be recycled through local RDN recycling programs and depots instead of going to the landfill. Please take a look at the attached guide before loading up your vehicle.

✅ Items accepted at our event:
• Household waste
• General decluttering waste
• Yard waste

🚫 At this time we are unable to accept:
• Large furniture items
• Mattresses or box springs
• Recycling materials

⏰ 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

🌱 FARMERS WANTED – BOWSER FARMERS MARKET 🌱

The Bow Horne Bay Community Club is looking for local farmers and produce vendors to be part of a new Wednesday Night Farmers Market in Bowser this summer.

🗓 Wednesdays
⏰ 5PM – 7PM
📍 Magnolia Court – Bowser BC
📅 June 17th – September 16th

Our goal is to create a strong community-focused market featuring fresh local produce, live music, food trucks, and a welcoming atmosphere for both locals and visitors travelling through the Oceanside area.
