This is my call for help to you guys!!! I have been out of this loan signing game for 3 weeks due to sicknesses. I am jumping back in feet first and I just want all the signings possible!! Wow!! I had an amazing Refi loan signing yesterday!! It was a long appointment but we were able to go page by page to insure that the buyers were comfortable. As a loan signing agent I am only able to give general descriptions of documents and or read what is written on the form. And by doing that it made them feel reassured in what they are signing. I truly love my job!
