Meeting the future force exactly where they are! ☕💻🇺🇸

The U.S. Army Recruiting Division is breaking out of its comfort zone and redefining what it means to be a Recruiter! In a groundbreaking new pilot program in Daly City, California, USARD is trading traditional brick-and-mortar Recruiting stations for a fully mobile, "stationless" approach.

Instead of waiting for applicants to walk through military doors, our elite U.S. Army Recruiters are embedding directly into the community. You will find Recruiters such as Staff Sgt. Keithrunie Cabanilla, Daly City Recruiting Station Recruiter, doing business, building rapport and conducting Army interviews in local coffee shops, public libraries and fitness centers.

“We’re looking to find ways to negate some of the inflexibility of the standard Army processes, where you lock somebody into a fixed location,” said Brig. Gen. Sara Dudley, U.S. Army Recruiting Division commanding general. “The ability to be mobile and flexible to where the community is, or those individuals we’re trying to reach, is very important for our Recruiters to be at the right place, at the right time, with the right message, as we continually progress toward precision Recruiting.”

Honoring our past and committing to our future! 🇺🇸

For 250 years, the American story has been written by everyday citizens willing to answer the call to serve. Recently, at the Missouri State Fair's Military Appreciation Day, more than 50 future service members added their names to that legacy!

During a massive joint force ceremony, U.S. Army Lt. Col. Andrew Betson, Kansas City Recruiting Battalion commander, had the honor of administering the Oath of Enlistment to the U.S. Army newest active-duty and U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers. The newest recruits were also surrounded by family, community members, Missouri Gov. Mike Kehoe and the Missouri National Guard command team; it was a profound moment of patriotism and community pride.

But this historic milestone did not happen overnight. Behind every new enlistee is a dedicated U.S. Army Recruiter who spent months mentoring and preparing them to protect our foundational liberties. Our Recruiters are the bridge between our local communities and the world's greatest military!

Forging the future of military law! ⚖️🇺🇸

Behind every Army commander is a brilliant legal mind. But how do we find the absolute best attorneys to serve our nation? By putting elite leaders on the front lines of recruiting!

The Army took a new step in Recruiting its next generation of military attorneys on Aug. 12 as the inaugural Judge Advocate General Recruiter Course graduated its first class at the Recruiting and Retention College.

The course brought together the U.S. Army Recruiting Division, Medical Recruiting Brigade, Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, and Recruiting and Retention College to prepare judge advocates to serve as dedicated Recruiters for the legal profession.

The graduates became the Army’s first Judge Advocate Recruiters trained under the new program, bringing the Army’s professional Recruiting experience into a specialized mission previously handled primarily within the JAG Corps.

Bringing the mission directly to the community! 🇺🇸✨

For 250 years, our nation’s strength has relied on everyday citizens willing to answer the call to serve. This past weekend at Seattle Seafair in Genesee Park, local families got to see exactly what that commitment looks like up close.

To showcase the incredible opportunities waiting in the U.S. Army Reserve, Recruiters from the U.S. Army 6th Recruiting Brigade teamed up with Army Reserve Soldiers from the 364th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, 79th Theater Sustainment Command. Together, they hosted an interactive display where community members could explore heavy-duty military vehicles, including the M915 Line Haul Tractor and the M1151 Humvee.

During the event, the Recruiters and Reserve Soldiers spent quality time mentoring local youth and sharing their personal stories of service. U.S. Army Recruiters focused on explaining the unique benefits of the Army Reserve, showing how citizens can receive technical training in high-demand fields such as logistics and transportation, all while serving part time close to home.

Our Recruiters are on the ground every day, bridging the gap between civilian life and military service to find the next generation of American leaders. Honoring our past, committing to our future!
