Work is underway at Silverbrook Mount Duneed, with local contractors getting the site ready for new homes in the Greater Geelong region.

We're delivering around 400 new homes - including 25% social and affordable - as well as important transport infrastructure, including:

- a new 4-way signalised intersection on Baanip Boulevard
- a bus interchange
- and commuter car park and pick-up and drop-off at Waurn Ponds Station.

Together, these pieces will help connect future residents to jobs and services and Geelong city, all while supporting local jobs and economic activity.

A future home for sport, recreation and community is continuing to take shape at Bulleen Park ⚽🏏

From the new pavilion roofing and goal post netting, to cricket practice nets and tiered spectator seating, key elements of the redevelopment are coming together as work progresses across the site.

Things are moving up at the Albert Park Pit Building redevelopment - literally!

The ground floor steel frame is now largely in place, with steel beams being lifted by crane and connected to form the skeleton of the new building.

Next stop? Timber and roof installation as the project continues to take shape above ground.

An exciting step for Ivanhoe!

A planning permit application has been lodged for the former water tank site - bringing plans for new homes and a bigger public park one step closer to Melbourne's inner north east.

We're partnering with Melbourne-based developer PDG to deliver the project at 421 Upper Heidelberg Road. The proposal includes 287 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with a minimum of 10% affordable housing.

And we're keeping things green - the two buildings will be connected by a landscaped forecourt, while residents will have access to more than 1,000 square metres of shared open space alongside a new 2,000-square-metre public park.

The future is looking bright in Dandenong!

Demolition works are underway on the first 2 stages of Capital Alliance's development at Revitalising Central Dandenong - marking an important milestone for the precinct.

Located at 139-157 Thomas Street, we're helping to get the site ready for renewed community amenity - including new retail, commercial and residential development alongside a new Little India.

Capital Alliance is investing $600 million into Central Dandenong across multiple sites in the precinct - delivering approx. 470 new dwellings, commercial and retail spaces and contributing to 5,000 ongoing jobs once complete.

Bendigo Showgrounds continues to bring the community together as construction progresses on the exciting redevelopment - with a new pavilion, upgrades to the grass arena and more!

The Bendigo Caravan and Outdoor Leisure Roadshow welcomed thousands of visitors for a weekend of caravans, camping, outdoor living and family fun - showcasing the important role the Showgrounds play as a regional events destination.

While the event was underway, another exciting milestone was taking shape - the striking red façade was installed on the new multipurpose pavilion.

We worked with Sports and Recreation Victoria and the Bendigo Agricultural Show Society to showcase the project and plans for the pavilion, which include a flexible space for community groups and events when open later this year.

These new mini-postles are getting ready to welcome tourists to the Twelve Apostles Visitor Centre - a small but mighty nod to this spectacular part of the Victorian coastline.

The Twelve Apostles Precinct Redevelopment is set to be complete later this year, with a new visitor centre, restaurant and kiosk, retail and exhibition spaces and a rooftop lookout so you can spot the real-sized apostles in style.
